Our studio offers a variety of yoga and movement practices to increase your mobility, bring focus to your mind and deepen your connection to yourself. Our studio offers something for everyone: kids, teens, seniors, athletes, women, 2SLGBTQIA+ and people of all abilities. Our studio is equipped with chairs, bolsters, blocks and props that will allow you to move your body the way it feels best for you. At our core, we are an inclusive, safe and positive space for people of all abilities, backgrounds and experience levels.

Our instructors bring their unique experience and diverse blend of yoga, breath work, and movement practices offering something for everyone, at every age and stage of their yoga journey. Our range of classes include: Seniors Yoga, Chair yoga, yoga for kids and teens, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow, Tai Chi, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga Nidra, Hatha yoga, power yoga, lymphatic yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, sound bathing experiences and meditation. We are not a hot yoga studio, therefore all classes are conducted at a standard room temperature.
To ensure a seamless experience and space for everyone, we ask that you sign up in advance for a class. As we intentionally curated small class sizes to ensure an individualized experience for each participant, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate walk-ins for our classes due to the size of our studio. Our classes and workshops have a maximum of 12-15 participants each. We want you to enjoy the difference that a small class size can make to your yoga experience, allowing more individualized instruction by our teaching faculty to guide you on your journey. No more fighting to find a spot for your mat or feeling uncomfortable with others in your personal space.
